RETURN TO THE ORIGINS

The Novgorod Contemporary Art Centre exhibited Boris Oshkukov’s works—a homecoming for the artist, who spent his youth in Veliky Novgorod working as a doctor. The region’s landscapes deeply influenced him; many pieces reference medieval Russian art and bear names of local villages, rivers, and lakes.
